We specialize in use of “Binchotan”, a white charcoal, and high-grade chicken (free-range) and other fine meats. We are constantly striving to simply provide high-quality food served at an optimum time in a comfortable space. We have a limited capacity and some items may in fact be considered pricey, though certainly for good a reason.
